These terms govern your use of visionaryemblemconsulting.com (the "website") and, where stated, the services provided by Visionary Emblem Consulting Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), UEN 202316623C, a company incorporated in Singapore and a registered ACRA filing agent. By using the website you accept these terms.

Submitting a form on this website is an enquiry. It does not create a contract and does not oblige us to accept you as a client. A contract arises only when we issue a written engagement letter or quotation and you accept it.
We may decline to act, or cease to act, where we are unable to complete customer due diligence to our satisfaction or where acting would place us in breach of any legal or regulatory obligation.
4. Your obligations

We rely on the information you give us. We are not responsible for a filing that is rejected, delayed or incorrect because the information supplied to us was wrong or incomplete.
5. Fees
Fees are set out in the quotation or engagement letter. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude government and third-party charges, including ACRA filing fees, which are payable in addition. Government fees already paid on your behalf are not refundable to the extent the authority does not refund them to us.
6. Confidentiality
We treat information you give us as confidential and disclose it only as permitted in our Privacy Policy, as you direct, or as required by law or a regulator.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the website commercially without our written permission.
9. Third-party links
Where the website links to a third-party site, we do not control and are not responsible for that site or its content.
