Company incorporation

Set up your Singapore company — from here or from overseas.

We register your Private Limited (Pte Ltd) company with ACRA, from name application to UEN. Typically within 1–2 business days once we have complete information and cleared payment.

Every engagement starts with a fixed-fee quote in writing. No work begins until you approve it.

What Singapore law requires — and how we help

Four things every new company needs. If you're setting up from overseas, the first two are usually the hard part.

A director who lives in Singapore

Every company needs at least one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore. If you don't have one, we can provide a nominee director.

Companies Act 1967, s145(1) About our nominee director service →

A registered office in Singapore

Your company needs a registered office in Singapore from the day it's incorporated. Our registered address service covers this.

Companies Act 1967, s142(1) About our registered address →

A company secretary who lives in Singapore

Every company must have a company secretary whose principal or only residence is in Singapore. Our company secretary service covers this.

Companies Act 1967, s171(1)

Identity checks — done remotely

Before we can act, the law requires us to identify and verify the people involved. If you're overseas, we do this on a live video call, so you don't need to fly in.

What you'll need

We ask for personal details after you approve the quote, not on the first form.

About the company

  • Proposed company name, plus an alternative
  • Main business activity (and its SSIC code, if you know it)
  • Financial year end
  • Paid-up capital and how the shares are split

For each director and shareholder

  • Full name, as on the NRIC or passport
  • NRIC, FIN or passport number
  • Date of birth and nationality
  • Residential address, email and phone number
  • Occupation (directors)

Documents we'll ask for

  • A copy of your passport (or NRIC, for Singaporeans and PRs)
  • Proof of your residential address from the last 3 months — a utility bill, phone bill or bank statement
  • If you live outside Singapore: copies certified as true copies by a notary public, Commissioner for Oaths or lawyer — or a statutory declaration
  • Anything not in English, with an English translation by a professional translator
  • If a shareholder is a company: its constitution, latest business profile, certificate of incorporation, register of directors and shareholders, and proof of who ultimately owns it

We'll also ask about your source of wealth and whether you hold a prominent public role — standard anti-money-laundering checks every corporate service provider must make.

Each director signs their own consent to act. We never sign it on your behalf.

How it works

  1. Talk

A 15-minute call or a short message about what you need.

  2. Written quote

A fixed-fee quote in writing within 1 business day of receiving the details of the company you want to form. You decide; no obligation.

  3. Engagement & checks

Engagement letter, then the identity checks the law requires — on a live video call if you're overseas.

  4. Incorporated

We file with ACRA and your UEN is issued — typically within 1–2 business days once complete information and cleared payment are received.

After incorporation

Business account & banking

We usually recommend starting with a digital business account, such as Aspire or Airwallex, then opening an account with a bank such as UOB once your company is established. We help you prepare what they ask for.

Company secretary & annual compliance

Your AGM date tracked, annual returns filed on time, and your statutory registers kept — by the same person who set up your company.

Incorporation questions

Do I need to fly to Singapore?

Not to incorporate. We verify your identity on a live video call and handle the filing from here. If you later open an account with a bank, the bank sets its own requirements and may ask a director to attend in person.

Can I be the only shareholder?

Yes, a company can have a single shareholder. It still needs at least one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore — if that isn't you, we can provide a nominee director.

How long does it take?

Typically 1–2 business days once we have complete information and cleared payment.

How much does it cost?

You get a fixed-fee quote in writing before any work starts. Everything is explained up front — no hidden costs.
