1. Who we are

Visionary Emblem Consulting Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), UEN 202316623C, is a company incorporated in Singapore and an ACRA-registered filing agent. We provide company incorporation, corporate secretarial, corporate governance and compliance services.

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

2. Personal data we collect

Incorporation form	Proposed company details; and for each proposed director and shareholder: full name, NRIC or passport number, nationality, residential address, email, telephone number and occupation.
Engagement	Identification documents and supporting records obtained in the course of customer due diligence, plus correspondence and filing records.

On NRIC and passport numbers. We collect these only because Singapore law requires them. ACRA requires the identification particulars of every director, shareholder and company secretary in order to incorporate a company and to maintain statutory registers, and the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024 requires us to verify the identity of our customers and their beneficial owners. We do not use these numbers for any other purpose, and we do not ask for them where the law does not require them.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quotation.
To incorporate a company and make filings on your behalf with ACRA and other authorities.
To provide corporate secretarial services and maintain statutory registers.
To perform customer due diligence and meet our anti-money-laundering obligations as a registered corporate service provider.
To comply with the Companies Act 1967, the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024 and other applicable law.
To communicate with you about the services you have engaged us for.

4. Consent

By submitting a form on this website or engaging our services, you consent to our collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes set out above. Where you provide us with another person's personal data (for example a co-director or shareholder), you confirm you have obtained their consent to do so.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer. Withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide some or all of our services to you, and does not affect data we are required by law to retain.

5. Who we disclose it to

We disclose personal data only where necessary, to:

the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and other Singapore government authorities, including the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS);
banks and financial institutions, where you ask us to assist with account opening;
professional advisers and service providers who act for us and are bound by confidentiality; and
any party where disclosure is required by law, a court order or a regulator.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not disclose it for marketing by third parties.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Records obtained through customer due diligence are retained for at least seven years from the date we stop providing corporate services to you.

The minimum period prescribed for registered corporate service providers is five years from that date; we retain records for longer as a matter of policy. Data no longer required is securely destroyed or anonymised.

7. Protection

We apply reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss. Information submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and enquiry email is sent over an authenticated, encrypted channel to a mailbox under our control.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may:

request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
request correction of an error or omission; and
withdraw your consent to our continued use or disclosure of your data.

We will respond to a request as soon as reasonably possible. A reasonable fee may apply to an access request, and we will tell you before proceeding.

9. Website and third-party services

This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which will receive your IP address. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

10. Do Not Call Registry

We will not send you marketing messages to a Singapore telephone number registered with the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent in writing to do so.
